We4Authors Cluster is a multi-stakeholder project lead by Funka. The objective of the project is to build a broad cluster of web authoring tool producers and providers to reach as much of the public sector market in Europe as possible.

Kitconcept (Plone)

Kitconcept GmbH is an open source solution provider from Bonn, Germany with more than 20 years of experience in open source. They support companies, public institutions and other organizations in the technical implementation of websites, portals, intranets or mobile applications, based on powerful Open Source solutions. Kitconcept GmbH is the driving force behind the efforts to re-build Plone, an open source enterprise content management system, in ReactJS.

SiteVision

SiteVision AB is a Swedish product company focused on developing the leading portal and web publishing platform SiteVision. SiteVision is the most used authoring tool in public sector in Sweden. The company has a vast network of partners who contribute with both sales and development, which makes it possible for the company to serve clients in many countries.

OpenConcept Consulting Inc. is a digital agency that specializes in Drupal and digital accessibility. The company has been building websites for our clients for over 20 years and strive to make them accessible to all and a joy to use. Joomla is the largest completely open and free CMS in the world that is completely volunteer developed and run. JandBeyond is an association of Joomla users that promotes Joomla! in Germany. They are represented in the We4Authors Cluster project by Brian Teeman, co-founder of Joomla!

Sigma Consulting Solutions Limited (Umbraco)

Umbraco is an open source content management system, represented in the We4Authors Cluster project by Sigma UK.

Sigma is a human-centred research, design and development company, with specific expertise in usability, accessibility and inclusive design for digital products and services.

They are based in the UK, in Macclesfield and Cambridge, but are also part of the Sigma Group – a 5,000-strong company head-quartered in Sweden with 13 office locations around the world. Sigma is one of the UK's leading Umbraco agencies and were one of the first Umbraco Gold Partners. They have developed over 100 solutions using Umbraco for public, private and not-for-profit clients, and were recently awarded Contributing Gold Partner status for their work on the accessibility of the Umbraco back-office. The Sigma team includes Umbraco MVPs (Most Valuable People), who lead on the accessibility testing of Umbraco and also contribute fixes for the platform along with other members of the friendly Umbraco community.

The International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP)

IAAP is a not-for-profit membership-based organization for individuals and organizations that are focused on accessibility or are in the process of building their accessibility skills and strategies. IAAP is run by the UN-initiative for ICT; G3ict. The organisation offers certification of accessibility professionals as well as training and knowledge sharing. Formed in 2014 by leaders in web accessibility, IAAP has more than 2000 members in 42 countries world wide, covering private sector ICT generalist suppliers, accessibility specialist consultancies, financial institutions, universities and disabled persons organisations.
